ES & FLO
Written by Jennifer Lunn
Directed by Emma Canalese
Old Fitz Theatre: 13 - 28 February 2026
They once marched for a better world - now they fight to protect their own.
After its acclaimed run at London’s Kiln Theatre, Mi Todo Productions brings the Australian premiere of Es & Flo to the Old Fitz. Jennifer Lunn’s tender and sharply humorous play traces a decades-long queer love story between two women whose connection was born in protest and deepened by a lifetime of quiet devotion.
Now, as older women, Es and Flo face the shifting terrain of memory, autonomy, and care, an intimate portrait rarely centred onstage. When illness threatens their independence, an unexpected family begins to gather around them, shaped by empathy, grit, and the radical generosity of love.
Through moments of laughter & heartbreak, Es & Flo reveals how care becomes an act of resistance, humour a balm, and love a quiet revolution. Through its moving celebration of an intimacy that endures, this story honours the tenderness, the battle-weariness and the quiet bravery of choosing each other again and again.

CASEY AND DIANA
Written by Nick Green
Loading Dock: 22 July - 8 August 2026
October 1991. Inside Toronto’s Casey House hospice, Thomas has been asking himself questions like - why hasn’t his roommate seen Steel Magnolias? And how did that diner get these eggs to smell like cat food? But now he’s asking himself the most important question of all: what is the perfect ice-breaking question to ask a Princess?
Casey and Diana, by award-winning playwright Nick Green, explores the extraordinary capacity of people to care - and how through compassion and forgiveness this capacity can grow. It’s an intimate and unexpectedly uplifting countdown to Princess Diana’s arrival - where empathy triumphed over stigma.
Darkly humorous and unflinchingly honest, the play honours caregivers and patients whose small, everyday acts of love built courage in the face of loss.
This Australian premiere transforms history into a living act of remembrance - a luminous story about dignity, care, and the sound of hope.

GALATEA
Original Text by John Logan
Co-Adapted by Jules Billington and Clare Hennessy
Directed by Jules Billington
Loading Dock: 3 - 19 December 2026
The five-yearly “fairest and chastest maiden” sacrifice to Neptune is days away - but this time, he’s gonna be disappointed.
Disguised in male attire, two pretty young things evade their possible fate and take refuge in the forest. But chaos-loving Cupid’s letting loose with his arrows, and not even Diana’s Amazons can resist these new pretty bois on the scene...
A fresh and bold adaption of a classic text that inspired Shakespeare’s gender bending comedies, GALATEA is a raving celebration of love and choosing yourself; a timely reminder that trans identity is as old as the gods.
